Privacy policy

I collect only what I need to run your tour, and I don't sell or share it with anyone except the services that make the booking work.

What I collect

• When you book: your name, email, Instagram handle (optional), where you're staying, your food preferences and dietary needs, and any notes you add.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
• Emails: confirmation, meeting point, reminder and thank-you emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
• Website: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log standard technical data (such as IP address) to keep the site running and secure. I don't use advertising trackers.

How I use it

To choose the right shop for you, send you the meeting point and reminders, contact you if something changes, and keep a record of bookings. After the tour I may send one email asking for a review. I won't add you to a newsletter.

How long I keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting (generally up to 7 years under Japanese tax rules). You can ask me to delete your contact details at any time by emailing hirokin.0518@icloud.com.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email me and I'll respond without delay.

予約時にいただく氏名・メールアドレス・Instagram（任意）・滞在場所・好み・食べられないもの・備考は、ツアーの実施と連絡のためにのみ使います。決済情報はStripeが処理し、主催者はカード番号を保持しません。メール送信にはResend、サイトの運用にはCloudflareを利用します。第三者への販売・提供は行いません。予約記録は会計上必要な期間保管し、ご希望があれば連絡先情報を削除します。お問い合わせ：hirokin.0518@icloud.com
